CenterCal Properties (the Village developer) confirmed that roughly 85% of expansion leases were signed as of early 2026. Developer Hugh Crawford said: 'Capital Grille is a very coveted restaurant in the country, and we wanted them to be a part of The Village. With our expansion, we created a space for them.'
